  • 1 kg of Copacol Tilapia Fillet

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 2 lemons

  • 1 coffee spoon of turmeric powder

  • dried thyme to taste

  • Grain coriander to taste

  • 200 g of mozzarella

  • 200 g of ham

  • 200 g cream cheese

  • 200 g of sour cream

  • 1 large onion

  • Olive oil

__ __ Preparation       mode

  1. Season the Copacol Tilapia Fillets with salt, pepper, lemon juice and dried thyme. Book for 15 minutes.

  2. Cut the onion into thin slices, the mozzarella and ham must be sliced.

  3. Assemble the rolls with 1 tilapia fillet, 1 slice of mozzarella and 1 slice of ham, roll up, insert a toothpick to firm the rolls. Distribute in a refractory.

  4. Make a cream with the curd and cream, season to taste with salt, pepper, saffron and ground coriander grain. Spread over the rolls.

  5. Distribute the onions, sprinkle dry thyme, drizzle with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven at 200ºC for 20 to 30 minutes.
