 Supreme Tilapia Fillet

__ __ Ingredients     List

  • 500 g of Copacol Tilapia Fillet

  • 02 lemons

  • 03 medium onions

  • 200 ml of coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour

  • dehydrated parsley to taste

  • Seasoning (garlic and salt) to taste

  • 200 ml of ready-made tomato sauce

  • oil for greasing

__ __ Preparation       mode

  1. Season the Copacol Tilapia Fillets with lemon and seasoning (garlic and salt). Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

  2. In a bowl, dissolve the flour in the coconut milk and set aside.

  3. Grease a baking dish with oil and arrange the tilapia fillets in a layer, cover with the tomato sauce, then place the onions cut into slices (break up the slices before placing on the sauce), finally pour in the coconut milk mixture with flour covering all the onions and sprinkle the parsley to decorate.

  4. Bake in the microwave for 10 to 12 minutes on high power or 25 minutes in a conventional oven.
